New here decided to post, because I tried to email several of you
Guide Boat builders...... Steve, Dick, dan and others. seems all mails
were rejected...
Anyway the readers digest version : planning to build a traditional
plank grant style Guide Boat. Have read the Durant book, cant find
decent lumber I'm located in South Carolina, was hoping someone would
be able to provide some info on the construction details that are not
clear to me in the Durant Book.
From what I have read here.... even yall northerners have some wood
supply issues, there has to be a trustworthy supplier that can ship
down here...?
