Advice for 1988 Bombadier Jet Ski

After the winter storage neither jet ski would start. Put in new
plugs, new gas filter, had a friend check it out, they put a
screwdriver connected to the spark plug, and said there was no spark
and I needed new Ingition Modules. Does this sound right? Also if ti
is, any suggestions where to get them?
