I have a 2000 Seadoo GTX that has fouled out two sets of plugs in the last
three outings. What causes this and what can I do to prevent it? I run 89
octane and NGK br8es plugs per specs. I use Bombardier oil also. All help
is greatly appreciated.

riding a long time thru a no wake zone? excessive use of the choke? those
would be my two best guesses... of course its possible the carb settings are
rich too... ive always fouled a good amount of plugs in many of the skis ive
ever owned.. i really never worried about it.. i just bought em by the box
cheap and kept spares and a plug wrench handy..

Something sounds definitely amiss. Maybe the oil pump or carb itself is set
too rich. I have a '95 Seadoo XP and I'm on my second set of plugs; I
replaced the first set after a couple of years "just for the heck of it".<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
