What is your recommendation for windows frame finishing?
Clear anodizing or powder coated?
I'll have HD aluminum frame windows for wheelhouse.
Thanks
Adam

Hi Adam,
Powdercoat is very tough, but be very careful that you achieve 100%
coverage. It does not like sharp corners or crevices. If the coverage has
holidays, the aluminum oxide will just peal off the plastic as the corrosion
migrates. Chances are that the frames will not be 5000 series marine
aluminum, which will really exasperate the problem. If you are hand making
the frames anyway, use 316 stainless and powdercoat them. If all else fails,
you could go with the varnish thing!
Steve

Why not epoxy coat the frames and then use acrylic spray paint
