HELP: 1994 Polaris sl750 problem!

I had the throttle cable changed, the driveshaft and bearings, and the
spark plugs all done by the dealership. The bill was about $1100CAD. I
went to the lake and dropped it in, and it started okay. Once I
started moving I realized there was no steering. So I pulled it out
and they had forgot to reattach the linkage on the jet. So once I
simply put the bolt in place and it was fixed.

Now however, the stupid thing wouldn't start. I tried and I tried but
couldn't get it going. It seemed it was a battery problem so I drove
in to the city and got another new one. After putting in the battery,
it started with no problems and everything was great for the day. I
started and stopped it several times. Then I put it away for the
night.

Next morning I got to start it again and it almost went once or twice
at first and then nothing again. I let it sit for an hour and tried it
again. Then let it sit 2 hours and tried again. Same result.

There is a primer ball that the dealership installed right after the
fuel filter to help get it going. At first I didn't use it because I
didn't want to flood it, but after that I tried it and still nothing.
It just makes the sound of the battery trying to start, but no turning
over noise.

Any suggestions before I go through the hassle of bringing it in and
paying to have it fixed again?

Matt,

If you paid to have it repaired then you should have some sort of warranty,
specially if the jetski started before taking it to the shop to have it
worked on. If they do not fix the problem then I suggest you take them to
Better Business Bureau.
