Oops, sorry about that. Only "Mexico" stuck in my mind. I assume they
would require either a valuation by a NAMS or SAMS surveyor or they might
take the average price of listed Westsail 32's on Yachtworld. You might be
able to think of a creative way to generate a bill of sale.
