Hi Folks,
I have recently bought a 27 ft Seamaster - constructed in GRP.
At my current mooring it is very easy to have the boat on the hard over every
winter - the previous owner always did this.I am thinking about a move to
somewhere where this would not be so easy
The hull is in reasonable condition for its age (27 years), but it is 'getting
on' - but the guy I bought it from felt that it was important that GRP boats
'of a certain age' were allowed to dry out each winter.
Most marinas seem full 12 m a year!
Does anyone have any thoughts on this - I am new to GRP - 20 years with a
narrowboat!
Regards
Richard
