I found the site, http://www.boat-registration-numbers.com that has
alot of information on boat numbers and boat number regulations
state-by-state laws rules and stuff. The only thing I found missing
was information on jet-ski lettering. Anyone know a good site for
jet-ski owners? - Thanks, Johnny.

Here is an excerpt from the Maryland rules:
"Your vessel, whether commercial or recreational, must be registered
in Maryland if it is equipped with any kind of primary or auxiliary
mechanical propulsion; "

Is your jet-ski equipped with mechanical propulsion? If yes, then it
must be registered. It qualifies. The numbers are the same size
whether your vessel is 10' long or 50' long.

In what state is the vessel primarily used?

Spam. This guy is trying to astroturf his crappy decal manufacturing
business. You'll note that his boat-registration-numbers.com site is
registered to a Warrensville, NC address, and the ISP used to post this
advertisement is Skybest.com, located in West Jefferson, NC, a mere 5
miles away from Warrensville.
