Okay, I made corn fritters yesterday and attempted to narrow down the
ingredients.
1 can creamed corn
1/2 cup evaporated milk (forgot to measure this, it's approx.)
1 tablespoon oil (forget this when discussing before)
1 egg
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
salt and pepper
fry them up just like pancakes. >> Stay informed about: Ping JohnH and Freakin |

The recipe *was* "invented by a writer for Men's Journal. It was designed as
a clone of a popular restaurant chain (Dreamland BBQ) sauce. Maybe Loogies
wife could research it for you?

Didn't one of your last homebrew recipes put you in the hospital with

your own vomit? >> Stay informed about: Ping JohnH and Freakin |
