Sailing near Zurich

I will be working in Zurich this summer and would like to do some
sailing.

Is there a good dinghy sailing club on Lake Zurich? If so were is it
and what is it called?

Is there any wind on Lake Zurich in the summer? So far Zurich seems
pretty windless.

Is there anywhere near Zurich with a thermal wind like Garda that
would be better for sailing?
