Please!!! No one should ever consider this a "STAND_UP!!" it does not meat
any of the requirements for that classification.

It looks huge, but some people on PWCtoaday have said it is fun to ride and try
it before you judge.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ --> >> Stay informed about: Has anyone seen new Seadoo Standup? |

It has a Kart mode that allows you to sit in the
tray and ride it like a Go cart. Most fun I've had
on a ski in years.
The ski was fun to ride in any mode and the modularity makes
a very cool ski to show your friends. The ski
obivously is not a pure stand up. But it will allow
a whole new group of people to at least experience
a beginner's stand up. >> Stay informed about: Has anyone seen new Seadoo Standup? |

"Rose by any other name is still a rose", "A yatch, is a yatch, is a yatch"
It may truely be a very fun ride, and I don't doubt that it is, but one
should never use 3-D and stand-up in the same context. Please do not even
try to argue, it is already to nail-screachingly painful to read already!

Why are people so intimidated by it?
My Octane is a whale next to my FX-1.
Way heavier, can't jump small waves as well.
Anyone could ride it.
Stand-ups have been getting bigger for years, not smaller.

my XP at 62 MPH WHY Should I Do it on a 3D that goes 54-55 MPH? Sarge

Maybe due to standing up and having the whole platform to shift your body
weight, you can use your body english to make it more manueverable and have
more fun?<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ --> >> Stay informed about: Has anyone seen new Seadoo Standup? |

the Kart mode looks like it might be a kick... being so low to the water
with a low CG would be a strange feeling!
It'll be interesting to see how they sell.

Like sitting in the tray of a (real) stand-up with your feet out to the
sides of the hood. Silly fun on flat water.
