Somewhere I read a claim that silicone-based products (e.g. SealSaver) can make
dry suit seals last longer than non-silicone-based products (e.g. 303?)

I've always used 303 - mainly because it's readily available at any automotive
store and because it sprays on.

Has anybody had a chance to compare the two classes of seal protectors?

Is SealSaver worth the additional trouble/money?

I used seal saver years back, never found out hwo much it helped the
gaskets. The seal saver disolved the coating on the dry suit fabric!
This was an old suit, I do not know what the material was, I think the
suit was European. Much different than todays's suits, I'm sure.
Still..... well, I'm not using it anymore.
