Post subject: Setting up a Malibu Two for Solo with Center Seat

I have an Malibu Two by Ocean Kayak as well as Surf 2 Summit Tall Seat
and I want to setup it up for solo use. I see there is a Center Seat
adapter but it seems designed for a backrest not a seat (at least not
the surf 2 summit).

Does anyone have comments about how to setup the Malibu Two center
seat with a Surf 2 Summit tall seat? The more details the better.
