Speedo Don't Work GTX

I have a friend that has a 2000 GTX Seadoo,His Speedo doesn't work.He says the
paddle wheel seems to be ok.I'm thinking it may be a fuse Somewhere.Has anyone
else had this problem?What was the fix, Thanks
