Yamaha WR650 Jetski won't start

Hi,

My 1995 Yamaha WR650 does not start when I push the green ignition
button.
No clicking sound, No engine turning. It is just dead silent.

I opened the electrical box and took voltage measure. Incoming wire
shows 12v as expected. However, the relay output measures no voltage
at all. I suspect there is something wrong with my relay component.

Any idea is appreciated. Thanks.
