How to build the "Flying Dutchman"???

I want to be the master of the Seven Seas, destroying all
my enemies and turn them into my slaves!

I need the "Flying Dutchman" for that purpose. How can
I build it???

You don't "build" the Flying Dutchman, it is already built.

What you do is sign on as crew and you do this by capturing an
albatross and killing it. Whiz, Bang, you are whisked aboard.
