trying to find parts for 94 seadoo xp. also, why piston do..

Specifically a new performance head. can't seem to find a website for
those parts. I was able to find the wiseco piston kit in several
places, but nobody seems to have a performance head for this rotax
657x. I have seen a couple on ebay, but always get beat at the last
second on the bid.

Any suggestions? (besides bid more!)

Also, Why would the piston do this:

Scenario:

riding boat pulling tuber. hit monster wave

(oops, didn't mean to honest

Machine bogs down like it took on water, tried to keep it running with
hopes of burning the water out but rig finally died and had to be
towed in, couldn't get it ever to start at home, would turn over, but
no start. Compression test in first cylinder: 130lbs. not perfect but
I can deal with it for now. compression test in second cylinder, ZERO!
OOPS uh oh...

pulled head, piston and head have been fighting! shredded....

1. Why would the piston be hitting the head?
2. why so suddenly when rig was riding strong then died...
3. Is the Rod streettccheedd?

Rod feels tight on crank, no more play than normal. Crank rotation is
smooth.
Suprisingly, the cylinder walls were hardly damaged!
I turned the rig upside down and hosed the crankcase out with carb
cleaner and shop vac'd it. then soaked with fogging oil. doesn't seem
to be any debris in there. gonna rebuild head and try it out, but

a. do I need to replace the rods?
b. can I do it without taking apart the crank?

Follow up:

Oil wasn't getting to front cylinder.
You should see the picture! is there a way to post it here?

Pieces of rings were getting smashed between piston and head. some
are embedded. pretty cool... except the rebuild parts are gonna be
killer!
(oil block off should be cheap though, won't have that problem again.)

Still need help findind parts for a 657x engine.
