Need help locating a boater/vendor who was at Gauley Ffest

I'm trying to locate a guy who was with a vendor at the AW Gauley Fest on
9/20. I have a watch that belongs to him. I recall that he was about 5'10"
or so, medium build, brown hair, all of which are fairly common, but he was
wearing a wide silver bracelet on his right wrist that I think had some
cutout design in it.



He was boating on Saturday and came back to the festival site without his
drys, wearing (I think) khaki shorts and a t-shirt. I thought he said he was
with Esquif and I have e-mailed them but I've had no reply. Of course, my
memory at my age is very suspect. So the only thing I'm really positive of
is his silver bracelet.
