(Renault Couach, 16HP @ 3000rpm)
The factory has disappeared but some spare parts are available in France .

Effectivement, il me semble que c'est ce modèle.
J'ai trouvé un manuel online:

Avez vous une idée de la valeur de ce moteur en état de marche?
Je vais sans doutes devoir le remplacer si j'achète ce bateau, si les
pièces deviennent dur à trouver, spécialement des US..

I can confirm that, it looks exaclty like the Renault Couach RC16D.
Parts are very difficult to find.

In France used motors are sold from 1,000 to 1,500 $ .
I beleave that the weakest part is the clutch .
You could ask on : fr.rec.bateaux .
