Whitewater Newbie Seeking Help/Advice - Hello all…..I have always wanted to go rafting and have decided to plan a trip for next June. I am thinking that the best way to start would be to go on a guided, 1-day rafting trip rather than a multi-day trip in the event that it isn't as..

HELP! ! !

I'm trying to find hardware so I can lash floatation into a canoe with
aluminum gunwales. I've been fascinated by the overwhelming quantity of
information on how to install eyes and anchors, etc., but ZERO on where to
find the stuff! REI and Voyageur sell kits for vinyl and wooden gunwales,
but not aluminum.

So where can you just buy pad eyes??? Also, what is the best way to mount
d-ring pads to a polyethylene shell?

Thanks!!!

- Steve
