Their are a couple of whitewater parks near where i live . What are the
typical fees of a whitewater park ? membership required ? What level of
experiences kayaking ? Are they open year around ?

I think they're all over the map at present, and you won't find
solid trends. Are they open year round? Well, the one in the old
Erie Canal probably isn't, at a guess, but the new one in Reno may
be. If there are a couple of parks near where you live, why don't
you simply call them and find out?
